Founder, Alioth Capital
Manuel is the founder of Alioth Capital. He brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic advisory, and governance, with a particular focus on the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.
Over the course of his career, Manuel has held senior leadership positions — including CFO roles in private equity-backed companies — and has worked across Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. His work has often centered on complex transactions, international growth, and periods of significant organizational change.
He established Alioth Capital to offer independent, senior-level advice to companies, investors, and boards during critical moments of transition — whether related to restructuring, capital raising, or long-term planning. His aim is to bring clarity, direction, and practical support to those navigating complexity.Manuel’s approach is collaborative and focused on outcomes. He works closely with clients to understand their specific challenges and context, helping them make confident decisions grounded in financial and strategic insight.
Today, his work is centered on advising companies and investors at key decision points — from governance design to investment structuring — with particular interest in cross-border situations, energy transition, and special situations where sound judgment and senior perspective make a difference.
